THIS IS THE REGISTRATION FORM for the DPJCC After-School program in Davie, FL.
Our After-School program runs from 2:00-6:00pm every day that Broward County Public Schools is in session. Please see the DPJCC After-School calendar for any other closure days due to Jewish holidays.
There is a $100 per child registration fee*. After-School tuition is an annual fee split into 10 convenient monthly payments. After-School billing is ten months and takes place on the 10th of the month for that current month, from August 2024 through May 2025.
However, if you are on the waitlist and a space does not open for your child(ren), you will be refunded the $100. In addition, if you choose to remove your child(ren) from the waitlist to attend a different program, we will also refund the $100 registration fee.
